Booking Policy — AI With Kash

01 Sessions

All sessions are 60 minutes, held via video call
1:1 and focused — one goal, one deliverable per session
Time starts and ends at the scheduled time — no extensions
If you arrive late, your session still ends on time. The clock doesn't wait.
Come ready to work. The more context you share upfront, the more we build together.

02 Booking & Payment

Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking
Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received

03 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Less than 24 hours	Reschedule only — no refund
No-show / 15+ min late	Session forfeited — no refund, no reschedule Must rebook

Note Arriving late does not extend your session. Time starts at your scheduled slot and ends there — period. 15+ minutes late with no contact is a no-show. You'll need to rebook.

04 Kash's Commitment to You

I aim to be early to every session. When that doesn't happen:

05 Refunds

No refunds after a session has been held
Pre-session refunds follow the cancellation schedule above

06 What to Bring

A laptop or desktop — phone-only makes building together significantly harder
Access to your AI tool of choice — Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
Any relevant files for your session type: resume, business info, data, etc.

07 On AI Tool Access

Free plans work and we can absolutely use them in session.

Recommended A paid plan (~$20/month) — Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus — is strongly recommended. You'll get more out of your session and be better set up to keep going independently afterward. Not required, just worth it.

08 On Expectations

Sessions are collaborative, not done-for-you. You'll leave with something real and usable — and the goal is for you to understand it well enough to keep going on your own after we wrap.
